Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person or business unless we agree otherwise; plan limits are counted account-wide.

Plans, lifetime licences and limits

Lifetime ("LTD") licences are a one-time payment for continued access to the plan tier you purchased, including its stated site, publish, indexing and keyword allowances. "Lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of the RankSite product, not a guarantee of perpetual operation. Allowances that are described as monthly reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We may add paid add-ons for materially new capabilities, and we may adjust fair use ceilings where usage threatens platform stability — we will give notice before doing so.

Billing, renewals and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase, and the total charge, what it includes, and whether it is one-time or recurring are disclosed on the checkout screen before you pay. One-time lifetime purchases do not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel. If we ever offer a recurring plan, we will state the amount and interval before you buy, send a confirmation, and let you cancel at any time from the dashboard without contacting support.

Refunds: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@wordrocket.ai. Refunds end your licence and access to published sites hosted by us.

AI-generated content

RankSite uses AI models to draft text and images from your inputs. Output is generated automatically, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing, including claims, prices, guarantees, licence numbers, service areas and contact details. The optional Privacy Policy and Terms generators produce assembled templates for convenience only and are not legal advice or a substitute for a lawyer.

Performance and results

RankSite builds fast, technically sound, schema-marked websites and can submit URLs for indexing. We do not control search engines. We make no guarantee of rankings, indexing outcomes, traffic, leads or revenue, and any case studies or figures we publish describe specific customers' results, not typical or promised results.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of your business information, uploads and published content. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, generate, build and publish it on your behalf. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including logos, fonts, photos and reviews, and that your content is accurate and not misleading.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, adult or malware content.
• No spam networks, cloaking, scraped duplicate content or other search manipulation that violates search engine guidelines.
• No impersonating a business you do not represent, and no fabricated reviews or testimonials.
• No attempts to bypass plan limits, probe other accounts' data, or overload our build, AI or hosting infrastructure.
• No reselling raw platform access or credentials without a written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and remove content we are legally required to remove.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, payments, AI providers and analytics are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms. Where you connect your own API key (for example OpenRouter or WordRocket), that provider's usage, quotas and costs are between you and them.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not offer a formal uptime SLA on lifetime plans. Maintenance, provider incidents and domain or DNS propagation can cause temporary disruption. Support is provided by email during business days.

Termination

You may stop using RankSite and delete your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination, hosted sites may be taken offline; you can export your site files before you leave.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, traffic, rankings or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and contact
